Richard A. Principato Scholarship Awarded to Joseph Lapsansky

(Easton, PA)  Tower Products, Inc., a leading manufacturer of environmentally sensitive pressroom chemistry for the printing industry, and the Principato family, has awarded the Richard A. Principato Scholarship to Joseph Lapsansky of Easton Area High School.  Joseph is the son of David and Denise Lapsansky of Palmer Township. 

The $500 Scholarship is awarded annually to a graduating senior from Notre Dame, Wilson Area or Easton Area High School who will be continuing their education in a four year degree program at a university or college in a business or a business related major.  Mr. Lapsansky will be attending Penn State University and has been accepted into The Smeal College of Business. He is ranked #11 in a class of 693 and is a member of the National Honor Society. He also is a member of the Track and Field and Cross Country teams at Easton.

Richard A. Principato was the founder of Tower Products, Inc. and Tower Machine and Tool Company. He was a graduate of Easton Area High School and Lafayette College and was very active in the business community in the Easton area, as well as being active in a number of community service groups throughout the Lehigh Valley.
