Easton, PA — Tower Products, an industry leader in pressroom chemistry focused on safety and environmental compliance, is pleased to announce that we have completed a merger with Nova Pressroom Products on April 9, 2025.
This strategic merger brings together two respected companies in the pressroom chemical industry, combining our strengths to better serve our customers across the country. By uniting our capabilities, we gain enhanced geographic reach and broader product offerings, allowing us to serve an even wider range of customer needs.
Importantly, there will be no immediate changes to how our customers do business with us. For at least the next 60 days, both Tower and Nova customers should continue to place orders through their existing channels and expect the same products and service levels they’ve come to rely on. We will communicate further as we build our combined processes.
We believe this merger makes both organizations stronger. Tower’s best-in-class technical sales team combined with Nova’s complementary product lines and customer base, provides a unique opportunity for future growth. Our expectation is to continue operating the Tower and Nova brands independently, while unifying our manufacturing infrastructure to drive efficiencies and ensure consistent product quality.
